Lake Eyre wonder trip Our three day Lake Eyre trip with AAA was filled with great experiences and memorable characters and stays. We thoroughly enjoyed the combination of both air and land experience and highly recommend John and the team for their professionalism and personal attention for all, and any outback adventures.

A Small Group Air Tour Is Definitely The Way To Go! Kenneth T & marciaq217 were with us on the recent Lake Eyre/Dig Tree trip & they have said it all!Highlights for us were the visit to traditional landowner Uncle Reg Dodd's Peninsula on South Lake Eyre & the stay at the Prairie Hotel at Parachilna.We will now be looking for suitable future 'AAA' tours.Thanks to John Dyer & Jack - a truly fab trip.

Give the road the flick We did the Burke and Wills expedition trail and Lake Eyre without all the bull dust and stress of long distance road travel. Our group of 7 intrepid travellers were whisked around in a posh jet-prop aircraft with an experienced pilot. Actually John, our cabin attendant is also an experienced pilot and while they knew all about the tour, their ground support team of Uncle Reg Dodd , John the minstrel, Ross Fargher the Flinders ranges expert and of course Uncle Christian.We learned that Burke and Wills died not of thirst but malnutrition, walked on the shore of Lake Eyre, were educated about Aboriginal songlines and culture, enjoyed amazing hospitality food and wine and had a most wonderful time.

Lake Eyre - A Bucket List Trip Lake Eyre from the air was breathtaking and even more special walking out onto Lake Eyre South with our hosts Reg Dodd and his son, Fred. Lunch with them on the edge of the lake was most enjoyable. The overnight hotel stays in Innamincka and Parachilna were excellent. Our tour through the western Flinders Ranges with Ross Fargher did not disappoint, with several close sightings of the Yellow Footed Rock Wallabies and the numerous magnificent ancient Gums.Our tour guide, John and Pilot, Jack were very welcoming and ensured that every aspect of our trip ran smoothly.Small group touring was appealing to me and so with only 7 travellers on the tour we all had a window seat for each flight leg and were also given an opportunity to sit up front with Jack, our pilot.

Very pleased that I did it. Also my first time flying. Enjoyed it all. my day out fishing and the lunch later ,super sights,and terrific weather.had a good time.Had super weather, loved the people travelling with. Excellent pilot & Tour leader.Loved all the places but would have had 2 nights in Broome.

Fly Away Faraway in Northern Australia Away from the internet, get closer to the land with hosts that love it. Kimberley fishing and indigenous culture. Working cattle stations. Majestic Australian country. Unique fauna and flora. Less travelling time, more time on country. Thank you Jan and Nick, fro making it all happen on the ground,.

Fantastic This was a fantastic trip with a variety of the places that we visited. Each was unique in its own way. Kimberly Coastal Camp was probably my favorite for scenery, and I enjoyed Bullo River Station and the way we were looked after. It was a new experience staying at Drovers' Dream and glamping. All thoroughly enjoyed, Point Stuart was interesting the other places I had been to before but still enjoyed seeing how much they had grown from when I was last there. Flinders Ranges are always beautiful.It was a great trip and I was sorry when it was over.

The only way to see Australia This is our 4th air adventure trip and we are totally convinced it is the only way to travel especially to cover Australia’s vast distances quickly. John and Lyndal are a great team that put together an itinerary personalised to us. Their organisation is second to none. On our ‘own’ private jet the 8 of us experienced outback SA and Queensland. Our experienced and extremely capable pilot Jack flew us 1000s of miles expertly and confidently. Everything is taken care of as we land to be welcomed by a tour bus to either take us on an excursion or transfer us to our hotel. It all works like clockwork obviously due to years of experience and attention to detail. We couldn’t recommend Air adventure highly enough.

Lake Eyre, Dig Tree and Prairie A fantastic trip to Lake Eyre and the Flinders Ranges - an incredible experience. The whole trip was very well organized - even down to a plan B. Jan our tour guide was very experienced , efficient, and friendly - nothing was too much trouble for her.Jack out pilot was great - you felt very safe in his hands.All accommodation and meals were good - the Prairie Hotel excelled in both.
